Three partners, one standard of work
Layers Pools is a partnership founded on a simple division of responsibility: one partner keeps the numbers honest, one keeps clients and crews aligned, and one keeps every pool structurally sound. No single point of failure — every project has all three sets of eyes on it.
Built as a partnership from day one
Layers Pools was started as a partnership rather than a single-founder company — a deliberate choice. Pool construction touches finance, client relationships, sales, and hands-on engineering all at once, and no one person covers all four well. So we didn’t try to.
Each partner owns a distinct part of the business and is accountable for it end to end. That structure is what lets us give clients a fixed quote that holds, a single point of contact who actually knows the project, and a site team that reports to someone with real engineering judgment — not just a project manager relaying instructions.
The people accountable for every project
Photos below are placeholders — swap in real portraits whenever they’re ready. Bios reflect each partner’s area of ownership within the business.
Chawan Prakash
Runs the financial backbone of Layers Pools — quoting, budgeting, and vendor accounts — so every project stays on the number promised at the start, with no costs added later.
Roshan Kindo
First point of contact for most clients — from the initial site consultation through to sign-off. Coordinates the wider team so consultations turn into clear, fixed proposals without back-and-forth.
Ravi Meena
Leads the technical build — structural planning, on-site execution, and the crew that turns a design into a finished pool. On site from excavation through the final water test.
Three lanes, one accountable team
The partnership structure isn’t just an org chart — it’s how every project actually moves from enquiry to final water test.
Client & Sales Lane
Roshan leads the first conversation, understands the brief, and keeps communication with the client clear and consistent through the whole project.
Engineering & Site Lane
Ravi turns the brief into a structural plan and runs the crew on site — excavation, RCC structure, waterproofing, tiling, and equipment installation.
Finance & Accountability Lane
Chawan keeps the quote fixed and the books straight, so what was promised at the start is what’s delivered at the end — no surprise costs.
The standard every partner is held to
Ownership
Each partner is personally accountable for their part of the project — not a rotating manager.
Transparency
One fixed quote, communicated clearly, with nothing added once work begins.
Craftsmanship
Engineering-led execution, not guesswork — every structure pressure-tested before tiling.
Follow-Through
Support doesn’t end at handover — after-sales service and AMC plans keep every pool running.
