Why Choose Us

Why Choose Layers Pools
Why Choose Layers Pools

We built our process around the problems clients kept describing

Before we wrote our process down, we listened to what goes wrong with most pool projects — delays, hidden costs, poor waterproofing, and no one to call once the contractor leaves. Everything below is a direct answer to one of those problems.

Our Problem-Solving Approach

The problems we built Layers Pools to fix

Every part of our process traces back to something clients told us went wrong on a previous project.

The Problem

Costs that keep climbing after work starts

Vague estimates followed by a steady stream of “extra” charges once the pit is already dug.

Our Solution

One fixed quote, in writing, before we dig

Our finance partner signs off on the full cost upfront — what’s quoted is what’s billed.

The Problem

Work subcontracted out with no accountability

The person who sold the project isn’t the person building it — so nobody owns the mistakes.

Our Solution

Our own crew, on site, start to finish

Our engineering partner runs the same team from excavation through the final water test.

The Problem

Leakage and cracking within a year or two

Waterproofing rushed or skipped to hit a deadline, with problems only showing up later.

Our Solution

Structural work checked at every stage

RCC structure and waterproofing are inspected before tiling begins — not after problems appear.

The Problem

Nobody answers once the invoice is paid

Support disappears the moment the final payment clears, leaving maintenance to guesswork.

Our Solution

After-sales support and AMC plans

The same team that built your pool stays reachable for servicing, filtration checks, and repairs.

The Problem

Generic layouts that ignore the actual plot

A catalogue design dropped onto your space regardless of shape, sunlight, or how you’ll use it.

Our Solution

A design built around your site, not a template

Layout, depth, and finish are planned around your plot and how your family will actually use it.

The Problem

Timelines that quietly slip by weeks or months

No fixed schedule to hold anyone to, so delays get explained away one at a time.

Our Solution

A written timeline agreed before work begins

Each of the 5 build stages has a target date, tracked by the same team accountable for the quote.

How long does a typical pool construction project take?
Timelines depend on pool size and site conditions, but we agree on a fixed schedule for all 5 build stages — site prep, structure, waterproofing, tiling and equipment, and the final water test — before work begins, so you know what to expect and when.
Will the quoted price change once construction starts?
No. We provide one fixed, written quote after the site visit and design stage. Because our own team handles the entire build in-house, there’s no subcontractor markup or “surprise” costs added midway through the project.
Do you only build new pools, or also handle renovation?
Both. Alongside new pool construction, we handle renovation and resurfacing of existing pools — including fixing leakage, replacing outdated tiling, and upgrading old filtration systems.
What happens after the pool is handed over?
Our relationship doesn’t end at handover. We offer after-sales support and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) covering filtration servicing, water quality checks, and general upkeep, so the pool stays in the same condition it was delivered in.
Do you provide the design, or do I need to bring my own?
We handle design in-house. During the site visit, we assess your plot’s shape, sunlight, and intended use, then propose a custom layout — you don’t need to arrive with architectural drawings.
What areas do you serve beyond Gurugram?
We’re headquartered in Sector 14, Gurugram, but our crew travels for projects across Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal, Maharashtra, Gujarat, South India, and Goa.
Who do I actually talk to during the project?
You’ll have a single, consistent point of contact from our sales and client relations partner, backed directly by the engineering partner overseeing on-site work — not a rotating call center.
How do I get started?
Message us on WhatsApp or give us a call to schedule a free, no-obligation site visit. We’ll assess your space and share a custom design with a fixed quote shortly after.
